We released a survey, “ITIL Benefits to the Business,” this week designed to uncover the extent of  ITIL adoption and identify the benefits that businesses have realized as  a result.  A joint initiative between HDI and Global Knowledge , this research study will report the status and could well become the agenda-setting document for continuing ITIL adoption.

If you are currently involved in or well down the road with your ITIL initiative, be sure to be a part of this study. This survey will identify benefits desired, benefits achieved, the degree of executive support, and which metrics are being used to track ITIL adoption and success.

It takes less than 15 minutes to complete the survey, just Click here to complete the survey.  All survey participants receive an advance copy of the report. Data gathering runs through September 3.  Cinda Daly and Hank Marquis will preview the results October 8 at Service Management 2010 in Miami. The final report will be available November 30. Thanks for supporting our industry research.
